Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most unused items in their original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Sarees, dresses, and cloth that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Email us at hello@classicswere.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will send you a return authorization and instructions
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible
  • Ship the item to the address we provide; you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
